Processing Time:
All phone cases are made to order. We typically take 1–3 business days to print and pack your order. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Charges:
We offer both economy and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times and starting rates by region:

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. This is applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.

Final Shipping Cost:
Exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address, order size, and selected delivery speed.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real-time.

Important Note:
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Each phone case is custom printed just for you, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 4 weeks of delivery (or estimated delivery date) and include clear photo or video evidence.

How It Works:

  1. Contact us with your order number and images of the issue.
  2. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Returns caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for free replacement.

We stand by the quality of our products. All cases come with a warranty against manufacturing defects:

What’s Covered:

  • Peeling or fading print
  • Material defects or construction flaws

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from drops or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Delivery or handling damage

To make a claim:
Email us with your order number, purchase proof, and photo/video of the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund (up to the original order value).


🇪🇺 Note for EU Customers

Our products are made to order, so they’re exempt from the EU right of withdrawal. However, your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items are fully protected under EU consumer law.
